Mixing Instructions

Caution: This 100% pure herbal drink mix is alkalizing and spicy. Start by adding 1/2 tsp of Merlin’s Herbal Magic Roots Elixir drink mix powder per cup with any liquid, or mix in 1 Qt. Fruit Juice, 1 tsp Roots Elixir Powder, 2 tsp lecithin granules and contents of one digestive enzyme capsule. This makes an elixir infusion that can be absorbed by the body more easily. Use 1 tsp – 2 Tbl daily, Roots Elixir Powder as desired. Avoid using during pregnancy. Reduce amount of Roots Elixir with an symptoms of discomfort.
Store in a cool dry place.
Less is more, go slowly and enjoy!

Here are a few simple recipes:

  2. Add 1/3 tsp Roots per cup to any smoothie.
  3. Add 1/3 tsp Roots to 1 cup Hot water for a spicey, delicious tea.
  4. Add 1/3 tsp Roots, juice of 1/2 lemon, and a bit of honey to 1 cup water for a delightful, super alkalizing, spicey lemonade.
  5. May add the appropriate amount to taste to raw fudge or bliss balls, adding a special flare to the nourishing treat.
